Use Vispo only when you have authority to provide the relevant content and records.
Educators remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs before important decisions.
Protect account access and do not interfere with the service or other users.
By using Vispo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Vispo for a school, district, company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization or to use Vispo under its authorization.
You keep ownership of content and records submitted to Vispo. You grant Vispo the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display, analyze, and return that content for the service.
For school use, student records remain controlled by the school or authorized educator. Vispo does not sell student data or use it for targeted advertising.
Vispo may generate summaries, suggestions, classifications, or learning signals. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by an educator, administrator, or responsible adult before being used for student assessment, placement, intervention, discipline, or any important decision.
Vispo may connect with LMS, classroom hardware, identity providers, analytics, hosting, email, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy commitments, and availability may change.
Beta, preview, or pilot features may change, pause, or end at any time. We may update Vispo to improve security, reliability, compliance, or product quality.
Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement. Mandatory consumer, school, student, Taiwan PDPA, U.S. student privacy, EU GDPR, or other local legal rights are not limited by these Terms.
Vispo, its software, designs, marks, and documentation are owned by Vispo AI Inc. or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.
We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. Vispo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Vispo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
